Summer 2001

This luxury gated community was designed by internationally renowned architect Manuel Camisuli Andaluz.

Milenio complex was constructed by Ferrovail Agroman S.A. who hired a subcontractor at construction site. Promoter was Kelross España S.L.

The complex was built 2001-2002. A showflat was prepared and fully furnished in Block A. All apartments were sold before the building was completed.
